When playing in a public custom room, kicking a player works, but they're able to rejoin as soon as they're back at the menu. This has been really annoying as toxic players keep joining the room over and over again. The option to not allow downvoted players would be really nice.
I don't think it works because last night a player kept rejoining within 30s of getting kicked, with 6+ votes. He had 44 down votes to his name for constantly TK'ing.
who was the player? Use the reports function and we can demote people as well
