Error Message: "Launch Error"

I receive an error that prevents me from accessing Intruder upon attempting to open the game in Steam. This first occurred almost exactly a 5-6 weeks ago (current date is 9/8/2021), but I did not have the time to play, so I let it go. 

Today, I attempted to uninstall the game and reinstall it. Afterwards, I still received the same error.

Of note: my Steam folder isn't titled "Steam". I titled it "Steampowered" when I first downloaded the program. If that is related to the "Launch Error" issue, it hasn't been a problem until the 5-6 week period I mentioned above.
