Hello. So I created an account at least a year ago I have everything written down but it has been removed for some reason. And my parents can not pay STEAM so I ask to create another account. If yes, thank you.

Not sure what you're asking here. If you've created an account and purchased the game prior to Steam launch, you should have emails regarding your account. If not, please make your way over to our Discord server to help us get to you faster.
If you didn't buy the game previously, you'll have to buy the game through Steam now. Maybe wait until you have the ability to pay for the game yourself instead of asking your parents.
