There are many places (for example a certain spot on the "mountain" part) on oceanside that make you instantly have 5 stamina and they also make a lot of noise when you go there

It's a bit weird that a shotgun fires one pellet, so maybe make it a bolt action rifle or something like that, so it makes sense while still having the delay between shots
