Distinguish teams better
I like that the game tries to force interaction via finger snaps/radio clicks, but that relies too much on the cooperation of other players. I've been in night scenarios where I wounded/killed teammates because they didn't respond to a finger snap or a radio message. I say "I see a guy on the ground between the three central buildings, say something or I'll assume he's a hostile." Not even a radio click in response, so I shoot, then they get angry. Something like olive drab fatigues for the guards or unlit night-vision goggles for the intruders would make it easier to avoid killing uncooperative teammates.
Also, the two teams play just a bit too similarly. It would be neat if they had two different default loadouts. Maybe the guards could have Kevlar helmets that prevent pistol-caliber weapons from killing with a single headshot. Or go the other way, and give them a vest so headshots are a priority. Maybe the infiltrators could have night-vision or binoculars by default. NVG vs flashlights, SMGs vs assault rifles, a little extra mobility vs a little extra armor, little things that make the intruders feel like secret agents and the guards like PMC operators.
