10 shots may seem a bit harsh for a lot of people, but I support the ideas.
I agree with reducing the sniper damage overall, maybe even to about 50 or 60. Bolt action is an interesting concept, but it depends on how it would be pulled off. Also what about reworking the reticle for the sniper? At least so it's not terrifying when you zoom all the way in.
