Radio Text Chat and Local Text Chat

as someone who is mute i believe that a radio text chat and local text chat would open the game to more people and make it fun for people like me

Local chat would remove the incentive to use radios, as communication would be secret among teammates. However, I could see local chat be added as an option when creating a server, to accommodate mute players/those who don't want to speak in game.

That being said, there have been some really high level players who only use the in game chat.
