Taser

Shoot people. People electrocuted. They fall down. They have no energy. They hurt. Taser needs long reload because its a taser. It's also unreliable so sometimes it might not take as much energy as it should. Short range. Like 10 feet.

I feel like this wouldn't add much to the game, the beanbag shotgun did exactly this minus the short reach & long reload.

Something that would auto-arrest instead of just a knockdown would feel pretty bad imo.
