Hand Signals should have a Text Display

There are various times where the silhouette of the hand signal is nearly impossible to see.

Preferibly the text should be black outline yellow text. Only visual to your team. And this can be turn off for more serious game modes.

I'm not totally for this idea, but I think it'd be a nice feature if, as you said, it could be turned off (maybe in room tuning or something.)

I know there gonna be be a none zero number folks that see this, 'lol making the game easier'. Though honestly, it'd be nice if they were (more) useable on night maps or prone in vents ect. Its a neat unique feature, that should get used more.
