pepper ball gun, (guard weaponry?) (less lethal weaponry)

inspired by the Hidden: Source (FN303 Less Lethal Launcher.)  

the pepper ball gun would be equipped with a 45 degree rotatable barrel, giving a full 90 degrees of rotation for the front of the gun. the barrel can not be rotated vertically. and has no camera attachment for the barrel. (maybe instead of no camera, replace with a small black and white camera with limited view)

 the pepper ball gun deals 10 health damage, with a 2 hp drain every 2 seconds up to 20 seconds. (stacking). it deals no balance damage, but it deals a heavy amount of energy damage, dealing 40 energy damage,

the pepper balls themselves have an AOE effect, which is about 5 inches wide. when the pepper balls hit an enemy they will be applied with 2 seconds of CS gas effect, and 4 seconds if it was a direct hit.

Idea: on hit, the hit person cannot talk through comms and instead will cough

Extras:
- because of how pepper guns are in real life, hoppers are way too big of capacity for a game like this, so if this ever is accepted the pepper gun would have to be magazine fed for a lower capacity.

- the 45 degree barrel idea was inspired by a German barrel that was being developed during world war 2, and i remember seeing this idea in a weapon concept video that were scrapped. 

- the stats i gave for a gun like this at the moment are not permanent, and this is coming from a guy who has never made or balanced a gun in his life for video games. this gun would probably be good if you were in a squad of people as like a support role, disabling radios while also making the affected victim easier to kill. like a combo Take down with teammates.

- i didn't like the idea of this gun having a camera on it, because then it negates the mirror camera. but maybe an idea would be if you pressed X you can move the barrel and you would also hold the mirror camera along the side of the weapon above the barrel?

- the barrel being limited to 45 degrees on the left and right side (90 degrees total)  is to discourage the use of this gun being able to scout an entire room, and instead only see a limited view of it
