Various small changes

Since the Steam release will bring in a lot of new players, I would like the dropdown menu that chooses region (US, EU etc.) to be in a more obvious place in the UI (maybe even as a pop up to choose your region the first time you launch the game). If there are enough players, people shouldn't be forced to play at 200+ ms latency.

Give us a way to drop or delete items from the inventory. Just because I picked up a sniper doesn't mean I never want to grab the shield. In the current state, playing the tutorial as intended will actually have players running out of inventory space and newbies won't know to deplete their grenades to make space.

When you get up after ragdolling, the camera stays in third person for a moment, during which mouse input is inverted. I understand not wanting to let players get up and instantly shoot accurately but the inverted mouse is not a very good way of doing this.

I would like the initial spawn points at the beginning of a round to face the player in a predetermined direction every round (I think it's currently random) so that people aren't disoriented for a moment and can go and do what they want faster.

I'd also like a seperate ADS sensitivity option and a brightness option in the settings (I know the latter could be a gameplay advantage but monitor settings provide this already anyway)

So the spawn points are NOT random and the directions aren't either. If you created a map on intruder, you might see there are 0 through 9 points for 'SpawnA' and 'SpawnB' prefabs. If you join a match, and happen to be the first player (host/master player) you'll always have a specific spawn point on both the guards and Intruders. This scales too, so if you can figure out when you joined compared to the rest of the players you can determine which spawn you'll have on either team. The way the spawn faces never changes so there isn't any randomness in there. It'd be more work to actually make it random in the first place.

As for your other thoughts
Inventory management is already on the dev's plate.
Ragdolling camera - meh, don't really care personally. If you get shot and get back up its probably a little disorientating to begin with but whatever not my cup of tea to argue about.
Region - I already posted on helprace about my thoughts on the region stuff.
ADS sensitivity - don't care considering I play with 3400 dpi (yes, its default) and mouse acceleration so you're barking up the wrong tree personally. Doesn't mean others don't care.

Mainly I just wanted to point out the spawn point stuff.
