Allowing players to click to vote as well as pressing a key would make things just a bit simpler in-case they have say Steam overlay or screenshot bound to one of those keys.

I know, I know, "why the hell would you want to disable anti-cheat?!" I'm one of those sons-of-bitches who plays on a Linux. From what I've seen, the game is more than capable of working through Proton, but it's impossible to get past the main menu. I don't intend on playing with other players who are using anti-cheat, I just want to play private matches w/ my friends. Disable leveling if that's an issue

as someone who is mute i believe that a radio text chat and local text chat would open the game to more people and make it fun for people like me 

I think it would be great if you can acquire "components" from duplicates (skins, PB, etc.) and craft another items (skins that you dont have or smth)

I believe bleeding out all the blood in the world is not a very good looking thing. Make it so if you get shot, there is a %25 chance you will bleed. Maybe give everyone 3 bandages at the start + make bandages spawn all over the maps. I'd be better imo.

Something where you have the option to save a match replay once it's over and you can download it and fly around in free cam and stuff for cinematic shots i guess. Also could help with moderation and player reports if it recorded chat and audio in game

I think hacking should have a subtle typing sound. As it is hacking is really easy as you only need 4 terminals and there are many spots on maps that nobody ever patrols

A mode where the guards need to chase down the intruders who have the case and need to reach an extract. The intruders spawn a little closer to the extract, but taking the fastest path there will most likely get them killed. There could also be cars which I think could be done like a game called subrosa does it. Also moving maps with moving cars like Train Heist are pretty cool and I think add a lot to the game. 

An alternative pistol to pick up off the map for both sides that maybe can have attachments on it which could make it better than the starting pistols but the base gun itself wouldn't be. Would that pistol be a glock it would have lower damage than both pistols, but could have a semi auto - burst / full auto function that would give it a higher fire rate. You could attach a red dot and if there are ever removable and attachable suppressors added those could go on as well.

Make it possible to use items while limping (K button).

For example holding radio or blind shooting with 0 accuracy

Maybe the attackers could have a different model for the SMG? Like an Uzi or a Mac-10/11 maybe. It bugs me for whatever reason when both sides use a Kriss Vector hehe

Please add bonus XP for not killing a player you arrested. Or simply don't credit XP for kills on arrested players?

There's a lot of cool cosmetic unlocks in the game, more precisly hats that make our intruding more stylish, why not add more, a couple of yearts ago I shared the idea of having a sombrero as a new cosmetic hat, so I've decided to bring back the idea and see what you guys think

I find using all the number buttons a little confusing, its often that I pick the wrong item because of it too and have to fumble around. Maybe adding an item wheel could fix this problem if enough players have a similar issue?

Currently, you can only access the Item Cache in the main menu. This means if you want to change cosmetics or want to switch to a new cosmetic you got after levelling up, you need to leave the server and possibly lose your spot in it if it's almost full. Adding the ability to access your item cache in a server simply through pressing the in game menu button would be really useful.

Add a command (/help or /commands or something) that shows all available commands when entered, and what these commands do. Would be quite a nice quality of life addition so admins of servers don't have to tab out to the Wiki to check what a command does or the name of a command.
