Loadouts and Classes
Add loadouts, where you can choose what guns you want to play with. Or classes just like TF2 and R6S, Examples: Medic, can heal players. Engineer can jam communications and destroy cameras, a sniper wich spawns with a sniper.

Acoustics in bathrooms
Just add some reverb zones to the bathrooms in all the official maps. Makes it nicer for the folks who like to spend time in those places.

Player list or at least some form of "Ready Up" system
When getting into a game and starting it up, we all have to join at the same time (or close to)...lest someone won't be able to join/stuck in spectate till the game actually starts. I feel like everyone should be able to join whatever team they want in the team select screen and then ready up from there.

Revamp of the movement system
This idea will probably get downvoted but...
This idea is suggesting a revamp of the movement system. For example, lower jump height but vaulting over and climbing over small objects and animations for all of these things. This would make the game play out in a much stealthier way in most scenarios and would probably immerse the player more (Especially the jumping part, why do you jump so high???). I want to know what the community thinks of this idea.

Spectator Cam - Move faster with scroll wheel
It'd be really nice if you could use your scroll wheel to move faster in the spectator cam, especially on the bigger maps like Mountainside.
(To explain fully, I mean scrolling up = speed up camera movement, scroll down = slow down, reset every time the round ends, so the next round you're not moving around crazy fast)

Enable Hats on Casual Official Servers
Can you please enable hats on the casual official servers. Since the servers are supposed to be casual, hats should be allowed in them.

pepper ball gun, (guard weaponry?) (less lethal weaponry)
inspired by the Hidden: Source (FN303 Less Lethal Launcher.) the pepper ball gun would be equipped with a 45 degree rotatable barrel, giving a full 90 degrees of rotation for the front of the gun. the barrel can not be rotated vertically. and has no camera attachment for the barrel. (maybe instead of no camera, replace with a small black and white camera with limited view) the pepper ball gun deals 10 health damage, with a 2 hp drain every 2 seconds up to 20 seconds. (stacking). it deals no balance damage, but it deals a heavy amount of energy

Battery operated Walkie-Talkies
Battery operated walkie-talkies would die slowly as you hold the button to speak, incentivising looting for new batteries around the map while on the prowl for enemies. These would also encourage players to be more aware of how much they talk and to better communicate around the maps.

Balloon cam distraction ability
Let the balloon make sound effects like gun shots or footsteps to distract people or let it fire some sort of dart that does 1 damage or something along those lines that could be used to distract a player.

Concussive Coconut
Silent weapon, retrieved from palm trees on the map. Left click to throw, ragdolling target or killing them if hit on the head. Throw is fast and silent, but the coconut breaks in half. Right click to roll coconut like a bowling ball. Impact also ragdolls target, but continues in the direction of the roll. Rolling on the ground makes a little noise and ragdolled targets make a falling bowling pin noise - but as roll doesn't stop, this can hit multiple oponents if lined up right. Coconut can be grabbed in midair/midroll by target and thrown back.

attachment idea
You should make the foregrip from the manta an attachment that can be found. It should make the recoil a bit more controllable and it should be able to go on the shotgun as well as the manta

give xp when earned
Its really annoying playing a round to then get kicked and not get any xp. So i think that whenever you get anything that gives xp it should be sent to your account right away.

Give xp for rigging
I'm not sure if it is possible to detect this because I'm not a game dev but if you could add this then people would actually play the game more tactically

Lock Picks
I think custom lockpicks (earned through picking doors, entering correct keypad codes, etc) could be great add-on. Different gem instilled keys earned at milestones like, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 doors picked. (silver, gold, diamond, etc). You could also limit certain doors to once per match so you'd have to try new routes each time. Of course different colored keys and types could be added as well.

Arresting
So far it seems arresting someone is kinda pointless unless you enjoy trolling. Perhaps while someone is arrested you could access their walkie-talkie (while standing within radius of the enemy). This is a trade-off as the person who is arrested can still spatially talk but the enemy has access to their teams intel/comms. Once you walk away or kill them, you no longer have access to their comms.

Explode certain c4 and different sensors make different noises
Maybe be able to group c4 and sensors to make a different noise so you can have 2 separate rigs. for example place a sensor and c4 near a door then open a menu, group the sensor and c4 to something else then place them next to a vent. When somebody walks by the vent it would make a different noise than the one near the door. You can then choose which c4 group you want to explode.

Persistance of Admin Rights in player created lobbies.
I just think it would be a pretty useful feature to be able to admin someone once, and not have to do it again :) Would also allow room to be moderated by trusted peeps without the room creator having to be present.
