Things to add to settings menu and gameplay :)
Settings that need to be added:
-Separate sensitivity for ADS.
-More keybinds (e.g. be able to rebind hand signals away from tab).
-Setting for open mic.
Things to add to gameplay:
-Make it so the doors make sound when being opened but the slower you do it the less sound made.
-Shoot door handle with shotgun to unlock doors.
-Give guards ability to lock any door.
-Tasers to spies would be nice.
-Make nades easier to throw (e.g. like battlefield) since they're really awkward right now.
-STOP FREE SPECTATING FORCE A FIRST PERSON VIEW ONLY ON YOUR TEAMMATES TO STOP

Ability to boost teammates over walls/into vents/etc.
I think an interesting addition to the game would be the ability for one teammate to be able to crouch and have another teammate stand on him for the sake of extra manuverability. This would add an extra layer of depth to map navigation and encourage players to stick together in a group for longer. An example of this mechanic can be seen in this clip from another game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKnVbuytnSI

Door opening sounds
When you scroll on a locked door, everyone should be able to hear that *clunk* sound it makes when someone tries to open it, could add interesting choices.

I think maybe add in functional flashlights ( for better visuals in a dark environment ) and laser sights for some aim assisting. It's something i thought of a while ago but only posted now. the shotgun i see already has a flashlight attached to it so this could be worked on

Modding Support to Help Player Retention
I didn't think about this at the time and I don't know too much about developing games, but I know that modding support keeps a game alive. Just look at Fallout, Skyrim, and Left 4 Dead to an extent.
A good recent example is Teardown. The game had about 600 players daily and on March 4th when the steam workshop was added it jumped to 2,000+ players and 3,000+ the next day. Now there are around 1,800 players daily.
It would also mean less work for the devs. If someone made a good gun mod or something like that a

Spraypaint cameras
Letting intruders have spray paint would be kinda cool. They could use it to mark each other (spraying different colors on one another so they can identify each other from far away), they could use it to blind security cameras, or use it to draft out a plan. Also, I had another idea, and honestly, it seems like a pointless idea, but for some reason, I just thought, "wouldn't it be interesting if there was a mode for the binoculars to print the photos to a piece of paper, and place them on walls." (the same way you put things

In order to keep players around which the game seems to be struggling with...
Let the community know if we are wasting our time giving you ideas or if any of them stick out to you, game mechanics haven't changed much in years besides a few tweaks and with all this extra revenue coming in the community expects an answer on some of their suggestions. I mean, changing the map on Oceanside is a start but that isn't going to make long-standing players stay around. It's not even the most played map (Mountainside). We want to know if our ideas are in the works, even an estimated time of when new guns are expected,
-
Knife for finishing kills silently?
Ammo is limited, so a knife for melee when ammo runs out, or to confirm kills, would be great
-
Add stars to the night versions of official maps
Some odd stars dotted around night versions of maps like Riverside and Mountainside would look really nice
-
Weather.
Weather such as Thunder, Rain, even snow on some maps. It will change how you play the round, get to the objective. Thunder will illuminate locations with lightning for a good few seconds, it will also have rain which could quiet or even silence, footsteps, window breaking, gunshots, etc.

Fists: left click to push, right click to pull/drag
Sometimes, your teammates falls just short of a safe cover right next to you. It would be great to have an opportunity to promptly save him. Another possible usage is to help teammates get just enough height to make otherwise impossible jump if you happen to be above them. Or drag your enemy behind the door to close it and finish them off without leaving a body out in the open. it would open up so many possibilities

Make the cardboard cutout make splash noise when dropped into water.
Might be a bit unrealistic considering that it is made of cardboard, but I think it could be another layer of the decoys deceptive power.

Additions To The Game That Will Make Getting Gameplay Footage Easier
- Ability to hide text box unless you go to type
- Ability to hide hand signals until you hit tab
- Ability to mute all spectators or mute specific people only when in spectator mode
- Ability to lower specific players VOIP volume
These are just some ideas I thought up while editing footage, if you can think of anything else that will help comment below.

Run key takes you out of crouch
I think it would be a better user experience if the run key took you out of crouch/prone. Currently in crouch/prone pressing the run key does nothing

Adhesive camera & Chaff/EMP Grenade
I was thinking about some adhesive camera that could be used by guard and an emp/chaff grenade for intruders to disable it for a couple of seconds. Sounds good?
-
Grenade tinks and tweaks
Grenades shouldn't be completely silent as they bounce off surfaces
Perhaps the surfaces tag, (dirt, carpet, metal) could affect the sound it makes as well as how well it bounces
Maybe concussion grenades are heavy enough to smash through glass.
Perhaps using the fire-mode key could change tit to an underhand throw.

Radial Menus
It'd be cool to have a radial menu to switch to another weapon or gadget quickly. This could be done by pressing a key to activate the menu to open, once open, all the user would have to do is move their mouse in the direction that they desire to choose their new gadget. You can see examples of this in rust, cs, RB6, Skyrim, and GTA V.

Sombrero!!!
Agents and augs will have the opportunity to equip this hat, it will be available on servers that allow hats. The command to equip the hat isn’t good to be /fiesta 1 and once hyped on the chat your guy will have a colorful sombrero with a mostacho(like Rudolph with its red nose.

Adding a knife that is like the arrest mechanic.
Adding a knife into the game adds a quiet factor to sneaking up behind somebody, and they don't risk the person yelling about being arrested. Maybe make it have less damage or lower range or something. Or make it so that you knock the person down then use your knife for total silence.
