Queue system
Please add a queue system, its super frustrating when theres only one server online in your region that also isnt passworded, and its full, so you have to sit there for 30 minutes spamming refresh waiting for someone to leave. Please, For the love of all things holy, Add a queue system.

Make the words on a note display on the model
you should make it so that instead of having to interact with a note to see what is on it you can just look at the note and whatever text is on it just displays on the note itself. this could make it so you can use the camera stick, balloon and binoculers be able to see the code

Communication etiquette
Please, put more info in the tutorial about proper comms etiquette and the importance of communication. Maybe something about avoiding external voice and text chat also. A few times now I've Swiss-cheesed a teammate because I saw a silhouette, asked on the radio if it was one of ours, and got silence. Couldn't chance it, so I took the shot, THEN they found their F key. Distinguish teams better
I like that the game tries to force interaction via finger snaps/radio clicks, but that relies too much on the cooperation of other players. I've been in night scenarios where I wounded/killed teammates because they didn't respond to a finger snap or a radio message. I say "I see a guy on the ground between the three central buildings, say something or I'll assume he's a hostile." Not even a radio click in response, so I shoot, then they get angry. Something like olive drab fatigues for the guards or unlit night-vision goggles for the intruders would make it easier

Hands-free radio
Instead of pulling it up as a weapon, just use the F key to transmit like the C key is used for proximity chat.

Add a compass in spectator mode
Whenever you are in spectator mode, you lose the compass overlay that you get when you are alive. I feel it would be helpful to still have the compass.

Knives
Have a melee option like a knife, that can be used to silently kill players, but the downside should be that It should take different damgage depending on where the person being stabbed is facing, and the player has to get close to stab them.

Bullet penetration
Bullets not penetrating thorught limbs making prone op, since you hold your hands infront of your head it makes it hard to headshot.

Improve layer documentation on wiki
I think a map maker spends as much time wondering about the layers as the time one could write the documentation about the layers. There are a lot of layers, so it seems like a lot is possible with layers, so a map maker spends a lot of time trying to research about the layers, which is a waste of time for a map maker. Also the layer names are not accurate, so a documentation would be nice. "Terrain2". Then the "IgnoreBullet" ignores bullets, but also throwables, explosions and your gun when ads.

Spectate Mode Improvement
Not only first person spectating (I know that idea has been mentioned many times), but also the sorting of players via the same team. It's annoying seeing one person on your team alive, and you scroll through the list of players only to find there is another teammate alive as well. It's a bit of a niche, so I wouldn't really expect for this one to be covered in an update.

Vaulting
Crouch jumping can be a hassle and can get in the way a lot of the time. A vault key that is useable when near a "vault-able" surface could be a work around for awkward movement. Pressing it would send the user into an un-cancellable animation that would end once players were on the other side of the object. Animation timing and duration could of course be changed for balancing.

Make bloon cams able to read notes (e.g. codes)
I don't think this has been suggested before and I think it would be a good addition for the bloon cam to make its purpose of intel gathering more diverse.

""Silent"" handcuff/ziptie sound effect on arrest
To arrest someone, you just walk to their ragdoll and they magically turn blue. It looks and feels weird, it can confuse new players who get arrested, and in dark areas it's hard to tell if you successfully arrested your target, even more so when there are dead bodies around because it makes the chat message unreliable.
I believe adding a ziptie or handcuff sound effect on arrests would be a very small improvement that would go a long way. To make sure it doesn't make arrests louder and less viable than they already are, consider making the sound effect
