Dead bodies stay after the player disconnects in the middle of the round
Whenever a player leaves mid round after dying, their body disappears too which can lead to confusion on whether or not you killed the player or they just repositioned. The bodies should stay for that round even if the player leaves as to avoid things like that happening.

Door improvement
I think that using the scroll wheel to turn a door is a great idea, but i think stealth game play would benefit by players having to hold the interact key with doors to turn the doorknob before the door could be opened.
Players would be able to see and hear the knob turning, and react to it.

Ragdoll-caused-falling drops your current weapon on the ground
When you fall from a high ledge or perhaps cliff and ragdoll due to it, your gun could drop out of your hands, causing you to have to pick it up.

Hearing Aid Of Sorts
I personally think it would add to the stealth if a form of hightening hearing was added. Maybe it would be a item found around the map like the sniper and allows a player to hug a wall and hear someone on the other side's breathing or moving however the wall or door would have to be thin to work.

Crouch-jump sound change
Crouch-jumps should have muffled or no sound to the player to reflect their silence to other players. Currently, there is no indication of this, and many players have no idea that it's a mechanic.

Pause Match command for server admins
A command for admins that would pause/unpause the Match Mode scoreboard would be very helpful in clan or other serious matches. It could just pause the leaderboard while the game goes into a sort of infinite warmup until the match is unpaused, at which point the round restarts and the scoreboard continues where it left off.

Package Indicator
After what happened here in the CTHM vs. FRG match, I think that adding some kind of indicator that an Intruder has the package may be a good idea; maybe something small, like a little briefcase icon appearing above the health/energy/balance bars.

Hiding Upvote and Downvotes for creators
Allow for the ability to hide the voting part of the scoreboard for those streaming or recording. It is annoying to have to only use your scoreboard before the upvotes/downvotes load.

C4/Grenade Impact
The smg/pistol/sniper all leave a bullet impact after hitting a wall, why not extend this to the c4 and grenade. Make them leave black soot around the explosion site or any visible indication of an explosion going off.

Mouse Sensitivty lowered when opening a locked door
When I was playing the other day, I thought it'd be a clever way to add more of a challenge to the lock picking mechanics. The idea is that the further up into the lock you move the pin, the more you need to move the mouse up because the further it goes up, the spring starts to build tension/stored energy to push the pin down further. Various small changes
Since the Steam release will bring in a lot of new players, I would like the dropdown menu that chooses region (US, EU etc.) to be in a more obvious place in the UI (maybe even as a pop up to choose your region the first time you launch the game). If there are enough players, people shouldn't be forced to play at 200+ ms latency.

Tuning option allowing Guards to pick up and capture briefcases
Having a tuning setting allowing both teams to pick up and capture the briefcase(s) would very easily allow for more custom gamemodes, such as a slow, tactical one-flag CTF mode.

Option so that, while leaning Left, tapping Lean Right moves you to lean right
Right now, if you're leaning one direction and you tap the other, it puts you in neutral lean. As someone coming from Rainbow 6 Siege, it would be a nice QOL option to have it so that tapping lean in the other direction will set me to lean on the other side. You can slow it down so it's not abusable (R6's lean wiggle spam has been a problem) but not needing to bother with a second button press would be very nice.

Grenade Idea, Final Atonement Style
Allow players to dive onto live grenades to take more damage themself but reduce damage to teammates nearby who may be unable to move or otherwise incapacitated. Ideally reduces blowback for teammates too but it could be interesting to have a teammate sacrifice themselves for another 2 teammates or so to carry on.

Fuse box idea
So almost each house has a basement right, I thought it'd be neat to have the intruders be able to flip all the switches and make EVERY light in the house turn off for a massive advantage, but for balancing, maybe you could have it set to a certain time, so after about 30 second it goes back on or until a guard flips them back. Maybe it could also generate a loud noise beforehand and it takes a while to flip them as well.

Doors can be blown off their hinges
So, with the doors that have already been improved, why not let us take it a step further and just completely blow the door off the hinges? We have explosives to let us do that. So why not let us just remove the door entirely?

5 Point Balancing & Tweaks
Hello Superboss Games, These Ideas are all balances & tweaks that would give a fairplay balances for the players in general in-game & also give an ease to use the game, I will explain under each tweaks why i am suggesting them.

Make corpses float in water.
When somebody dies in the water or their body falls into the water the corpse should slowly float up to the surface.
