Fuse box idea
So almost each house has a basement right, I thought it'd be neat to have the intruders be able to flip all the switches and make EVERY light in the house turn off for a massive advantage, but for balancing, maybe you could have it set to a certain time, so after about 30 second it goes back on or until a guard flips them back. Maybe it could also generate a loud noise beforehand and it takes a while to flip them as well.

First-Person spectating
Being able to see what the person is genuinely doing without having clip walls in front of you while spectating in 3rd person would a great addition in my opinion.

Window breaks, and leaves shards on the floor that generate noise to attract enemy
Had this idea for a while now, thought it would give an unfair advantage on maps with tons of windows, but maybe you could assign a few windows to actually create shards on the floor and others don't. You could also make the side of which the glass is shot from matter by making the shards fall on a specific side determined by which side it is shot from. These are all ideas/theories of course and might ruin balance for all I know.

Grenade Idea, Final Atonement Style
Allow players to dive onto live grenades to take more damage themself but reduce damage to teammates nearby who may be unable to move or otherwise incapacitated. Ideally reduces blowback for teammates too but it could be interesting to have a teammate sacrifice themselves for another 2 teammates or so to carry on.

Show Teammates' Names Above Their Head At Start of Round
At the start of a round, it'd be nice to see your teammates' names above their head for the first 5-ish seconds so you can better plan your intrusion or defense. Obviously enemies' names won't be shown and the names won't be visible through walls. This would help with teamwork as players can immediately see their teammates and say stuff like, "Moon, you get the sniper and take the roof. Roswell, you and I will take vents and go for the briefcase. Sammy, take garden and enter through the bathrooms."
I've been playing with my friend for awhile and every

Vaults
Having in some maps vaults to hold the briefcase. There would be several ways to infiltrate them : blowing up the door, hacking security, finding the code, finding the key of the vents...
-
Alarm system
A system with built in the map/placed by players sensors that trigger an alarm in the building. The intruder might obviously disable it via a control panel/sec. room
-
Skyscraper map
Basically what the title says. Two or three skyscrapers with a helipad on the roof and ziplines between buildings

Taking the enemy radio off a body
It would add another layer of depth to communications in Intruder if you could take an enemy radio off of a dead body. You would be able to both listen and speak on it like a friendly radio, but for balance's sake, it would take up a spot in your inventory, and you would have to have it out to be able to hear it.

Methods for countering cameras for the Intruders
Cameras are in the game and are a very nice and welcome tool for Guards for gathering intelligence. Something I find problematic about them though that they cannot be disabled. A single Guard can permanently callout the Intruders from the safety of a camera room for a whole round, and there's nothing Intruders can do.
Here are a few ideas for ways that cameras could be disabled:
- A prompt that disables the camera permanently/temporarily when you move right up to it
- An item with finite uses for disabling cameras (I was thinking sticky notes with a drawing or a spray

Night Vision Goggles
Hey, i haven't seen this idea yet. If there is one, pls just delete this! So my idea was to add NV Goggles on rounds while having night. Maybe storing them in a sealed room with a keycode lock. Have the Keycode random every round being displayed on a PC Monitor in a different room maybe.

Controlled detonation of C4
Using Toggle Fire to change whether you detonate all C4 at once or in the order you laid them out. Being able to explode them in order would provide players with more complex strategies involving explosives and would give more freedom in setting up rigs.

Make the game run on Linux through Proton
Currently the anti-cheat clashes with Proton which renders the game unplayable. It's possibly an easy fix, and it could be an way to expand the player base considerably, making a Linux native port unnecessary for now.

Ability to Change Lobby Size When Creating a Room
It would allow 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 to be played in public rooms, as right now you can only do them in private matches with friends so that more people don't join.
I watched some of the duos tournament and playing 2v2 matches on Cliffside looked really fun.

Improving Radio audio cues
The current locational audio system is great and adds an interesting dynamic to the game. The further added layer of adding a radio system and how it's handled is great. I still think some minor improvements could be made. I noticed when the user keys up they hear the same static audio cue that every other player on the same team hears. On most handhelds there is no audio playback during transmission. I suggest instead of the static adding a quick, low volume audio tone every time the user pushes to talk that is only heard from the proximity of

Option so that, while leaning Left, tapping Lean Right moves you to lean right
Right now, if you're leaning one direction and you tap the other, it puts you in neutral lean. As someone coming from Rainbow 6 Siege, it would be a nice QOL option to have it so that tapping lean in the other direction will set me to lean on the other side. You can slow it down so it's not abusable (R6's lean wiggle spam has been a problem) but not needing to bother with a second button press would be very nice.

Hold key to crouch/ADS
Right now, you can only toggle crouch/ADS. Offering an alternative option to hold a button to crouch or ADS would be a great QOL improvement for players who're used to the feature in other games.
-
Locking Doors
I think it would add more to the game if the lockpick was able to be used on ANY door. A player could mess up the tumblers in order to lock the door. This would give guards incentive to move around the map at the start locking doors, and also add a lot more complexity to combats, as one can lock doors behind them while being chased, though this delay could cost them their life.

Change "Picked up shotgun" to "Picked up beanbag shotgun" to avoid confusion
A lot of people don't realize it's a beanbag shotgun and are confused when they can't kill people with it. A quick message change would solve this problem.
